We are looking for the next wonderful individual to join our team of Enrolment Consultants, carefully guiding future learners through the application process for our range of groundbreaking apprenticeship programmes.
- £25,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary

The Company
Captiva Learning is a rising star provider of apprenticeships (RoATP) with a recent Ofsted inspection that is Good in all areas.
Captiva is the home to 3 colleges: The National College of Education (NCE), The National Centre for Leadership and Management (NCLM), and Premier Pathways. Collectively, these colleges serve over 2,000 current leadership learners at Level 3, Level 5 and Level 7, and over 1500 alumni.

In the role of Enrolment Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding learners through the application process to join the range of Apprenticeship programmes provided by Captiva Learning.
As an Enrolment Consultant you should be:
- Honest, ethical, and passionate about educational excellence
- Driven, committed and willing to go the extra mile to help support learners
- Proven in achieving and surpassing targets
- Strong presentation skills (we spend a lot of time on Teams presenting to management teams)
- Able to prioritise and work at pace
- Able to forge long standing professional partnerships with school leaders
- Have a fantastic work ethic and commitment to client satisfaction
- A team player and can support by coaching others
- Excellent with your written and verbal communication skills
- Above all, be driven and committed to forging a successful enrolment career
