Marketing Executive
Captiva Learning is seeking a Marketing Executive to join us in our London office for 2 days a week.
The successful Marketing Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the brands within Captiva Learning and ad hoc marketing duties for the organisation.

Captiva Learning is an apprenticeship provider that helps organisations, namely schools and public sector organisations, to identify, develop and optimise the full potential of their people. We have 3 key brands, National College of Education, National Centre of Leadership and Management, and Premier Pathways.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of digital marketing experience, primarily across the social media and email marketing landscape, but would consider themselves as a ‘generalist’ marketer with the experience and knowledge to support this.
Key responsibilities:
Social Media
- Create daily content for various platforms for 3 key brands
- Assess viability of new platforms for existing brands and reigniting of dormant platforms
- Community engagement
- Maintain Follower growth
Email Marketing
- Support different sales teams with email marketing campaigns to generate enquiries, reengage enquiries or promote events
Marketing Content
- Ad hoc graphic creation
- Business document creation (branded templates, presentations etc.)
- Updating the different brands websites with product changes
Marketing Administration
- Sending relevant invoices to the finance team
- Updating expenditure workbooks
- Assisting sales projects with marketing support
- Liaising with Chief Marketing Officer
Who we’re looking for:
- At least 2 years of marketing experience
- A strong and demonstrable working knowledge of the key concepts of digital marketing
- Confident in creating engaging content for social media channels
- Skilled in copywriting and proofreading with the ability to create and write communication materials and support a range of digital literature.
- Experience driving social media, website and email communications, generating new leads and supporting retention.
- Fluent in English with exceptional spelling and grammar as well as IT Literacy.
- Experience or knowledge of the education sector is preferable but not essential.

- Excellent time management skills – as this is a 2 day a week role the successful individual will need to be able to efficiently plan their time
