The Role

We are in search of a skilled Sales and Marketing Support Assistant with a robust background in administrative tasks and a strong emphasis on marketing capabilities to join our team. This role plays a pivotal part in offering comprehensive support to the sales and customer support teams, while actively contributing to various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a keen attention to detail, self-motivation, and a dedicated approach to administrative responsibilities. Moreover, a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to our members in the Education, EdTech, and online training sectors is crucial.


Main Responsibilities:

Administrative Excellence:

  • Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including data entry, orders, renewals, document management, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure seamless collaboration between sales, customer support, and marketing teams.
  • Assist in generating reports and tracking key metrics to support decision-making processes.

Customer Engagement and Sales Support:

  • Proactively engage with members through various communication channels, resolving queries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, providing logistical support for meetings, preparing materials, and assisting in follow-up activities.
  • Contribute to upselling efforts by maintaining accurate member information, identifying renewal opportunities, and providing relevant insights.


Marketing Assistance and Content Creation:

  • Craft compelling and persuasive copy for webinars, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials tailored to our Education, EdTech, and online training audience.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing activities, including event planning, promotions, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain content calendars, manage social media platforms, and track engagement metrics.


Requirements:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 18 months in administrative roles, preferably within the Education, EdTech, or online training sectors in the UK.
  • Education and EdTech Knowledge: Graduate, with a good knowledge of the UK Education industry, EdTech tools, and online training platforms.
  • Digital Proficiency Stack: Strong skills in using digital tools, CRM systems, Canva, Webinar tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.


Detail-Oriented:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.


Communication Skills:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Genuine enthusiasm for delivering an outstanding member experience, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
